Hi, I´m Dr. Carolina Lizarralde Piquet,
Welcome to my professional space, where I share my work and reflections on how to make sustainability meaningful, practical and accessible in agri-food systems.

I’m an international consultant and university lecturer, specialising in sustainable livestock systems and South–South cooperation.

Based in Uruguay and working internationally, I believe it is possible to feed the world while caring for the planet and for people — and that sustainable, responsible livestock systems can be part of the solution to today’s challenges.

I bridge research, policy, and practice to deliver science-based solutions that help farmers and institutions to:

• mitigate climate change,

• optimize soil and water resources and

• conserve biodiversity.
